Lisa Spahr is a professional development and small business coach who helps individuals and businesses thrive. As a coach she helps people and companies define and achieve their goals. Most of her clients are already successful in their fields, they simply want to elevate their careers, balance work and home more or ensure they are putting their best foot forward. She helps small businesses experience greater profit and a more targeted client population. She founded the Champions Series, a monthly membership program for professional and personal development. She is a masters-level psychologist who has worked in both profit and non-profit arenas. She worked for one of the countries top military training companies on issues related to human performance and technology evaluation and the countries premier police think tank as a researcher, studying suicide bombing response and homicide unit effectiveness. She is the author two books: (1) WWII Radio Heroes: Letters of Compassion (2008 and 2013)and (2) The Coach's Guide to Wedding Planning, to help keep brides calm, cool, collected and happy through it all.
